If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an institution, university, or company, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

2. Institutional & Account Responsibilities

Institutions and authorized administrators are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any administrative access credentials provisioned during trials or commercial deployment.
  • Ensuring that examination content, questions, and curriculum assets uploaded do not infringe on third-party copyrights or intellectual property.
  • Advising candidates regarding appropriate assessment rules, academic integrity policies, and technical prerequisites.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using ExamQuik, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach platform security mechanisms, session tokens, or server endpoints.
  • Submit falsified or fraudulent contact inquiries or deploy automated bots against inquiry forms.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or the data contained therein.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of ExamQuik software without written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

ExamQuik Property: All software, website design, brand logos, vector artwork, documentation, and user interfaces are the proprietary property of ExamQuik and protected by intellectual property laws.

Institutional Content: The client institution retains full ownership of all proprietary question banks, syllabus materials, and student evaluation data uploaded to the platform.

5. Assessment Availability & Disclaimer

While we strive for high service availability and platform resilience, ExamQuik is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free during periods of scheduled server maintenance, local client-side network failures, or external connectivity outages.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ExamQuik or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost assessment data, candidate network interruptions, or inability to access services.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
